A pillow-type shrink wrapping line first forms and seals a pillow pack around the product, then passes it through a heat shrink tunnel. Compared with intermittent L-bar sealing, this continuous process is better suited to high-volume production and products with a consistent feeding direction.
JXG-590 High-Speed Servo Pillow Shrink Wrapper
The JXG-590 combines a three-servo horizontal flow wrapper with a heat shrink tunnel. It is designed for products such as bowl noodles, wallpaper rolls, filters, and other items requiring fast pillow-style shrink packaging.
