The JEWSHIN JX-L070 automatically erects pre-glued cartons, loads the product, folds the flaps, and closes the box. It is suitable for regularly shaped products such as bottles, tubes, blister packs, sachets, wrapped food, and small hardware items.
The machine can operate independently or connect with upstream filling, flow-wrapping, and product-feeding equipment.

What the Machine Does
Picks and opens a flat carton.
Transfers the product into the carton.
Folds the carton flaps.
Closes the carton by tuck-in flap or optional hot-melt glue.
Discharges the finished box.
Product and carton sensors support no-product-no-carton operation, helping prevent empty cartons from being opened and closed.
Suitable Products
The product-loading system is configured for the actual application. Typical products include:

Light bulbs, switches, bearings, and other small parts.
