1. PLC Control
The touch screen PLC sets and monitors all process parameters — sealing temperature, conveyor speed, shrink tunnel temperature, and cycle count. On the JX-1020, the PLC also controls the servo-driven infeed sequence.
2. Auto Feeding (JX-1020) / Manual Flat-Plate Loading (JX-1010)
On the JX-1020, the infeed conveyor automatically positions rolls in the correct orientation for sealing. On the JX-1010, the operator places rolls on the flat plate in single-roll or tube stack configuration.
3. Laminating Sealing
The film wraps around the roll(s) and the sealing unit forms the top and bottom seals. Custom-machined blades produce clean, consistent seals with no film distortion.
4. Precision Cutting
The cutting mechanism separates each wrapped package from the film roll. The cut is flush and clean, with no tails or rough edges.
5. Shrink Wrapping
The sealed package passes through the shrink tunnel on a conveyor belt. Controlled heat causes the film to shrink tightly around the tape roll(s), producing a firm, transparent, retail-ready package.
