The JX-50M wraps each tape roll in four stages:
1. Automatic Feeding
Tape rolls are loaded into the vibrating bowl feeding table. The bowl auto-sorts rolls into a consistent orientation and delivers them one at a time to the wrapping station.
2. Film Cutting & Positioning
BOPP (or PE/PVC/POF) film is drawn from the roll device and cut to length. The film is positioned precisely around the tape roll before folding begins.
3. Fold Corner Wrapping
The film folding system forms neat pleats at each end of the roll — the same technique used for retail gift wrapping, engineered for production-speed repeatability. Output is a tight, wrinkle-free package with clean corners.
4. Finished Product Output
Completed rolls exit via the automatic output conveyor. In a full production line configuration, rolls move directly into stacking and shrink-wrapping equipment for tube or tower pack assembly.
Standalone vs. Integrated Line
Run the JX-50M as a single station for single-roll fold wrapping at up to 72 pcs/min, or integrate it into a complete line that combines inner fold wrapping with outer shrink packaging, achieving up to 120 pcs/min on the full line.
