This machine is an automatic pre-made bag filling and sealing system. Unlike a flow wrapper or bag-making machine that forms bags from a film roll, this machine works with bags you already have — pre-made OPP, PE, or self-adhesive strip bags that your procurement team sources independently.
The process runs in one continuous automated cycle:
Film / Bag Feed — The film supporting mechanism loads the pre-made bag roll and feeds bags forward under constant tension control
Position Correction — The correction sensor detects the exact position of each bag's opening and adjusts alignment in real time
Bag Punching — Optional punching mechanism creates hang holes or vent holes at the set position
Bag Cutting — The bag cutting mechanism separates individual bags to the preset length
Bag Opening & Filling — The automatic filling station opens the bag mouth by suction, then the pushing mechanism pushes the product cleanly into the bag
Sealing — Self-adhesive tape is applied to the bag opening (for resealable bags), or heat sealing is applied depending on the bag type
Collection — The tail frame pusher and collecting device transfer finished bags to the output conveyor for stacking or downstream processing
All seven stages are coordinated by the PLC control system. Speed, bag length, and timing parameters are set and saved at the HMI touch screen.
Any manufacturer that currently hand-packs flat products into OPP or PE bags at volume is the core buyer. The most common applications:
Industry | Product Being Bagged |
Stationery & Office | Greeting cards, note pads, memo pads, sticky note sets |
Collectibles & Gaming | Trading card sets, sticker sheets, photo cards, booster packs |
Printed Materials | Postcards, promotional leaflets, instruction card sets |
Personal Care | Single-pack face masks, hygiene product card sets |
Toys & Accessories | Small flat toys, card-based game accessories |
Retail Packaging | Gift cards, voucher packs, membership cards with inserts |
The machine is especially well-suited for self-adhesive strip OPP bags — the type commonly used for retail stationery and card products where the end customer needs to open and reseal the packaging. The tape application mechanism handles the adhesive strip without contaminating the product or misaligning the seal.
Nine functional mechanisms work in sequence under a unified PLC control system.
# | Component | Function |
① | Film Supporting Mechanism | Holds the bag/film roll; feeds material at consistent tension regardless of roll size |
② | Correction Mechanism | Reads film position via sensor and auto-corrects lateral drift before the filling stage |
③ | Punching Mechanism | Punches hang holes or vent holes at the set position on each bag |
④ | Bag Cutting Mechanism | Precision blade cuts bags to the programmed length with clean edges |
⑤ | Bag Opening & Filling Mechanism | Suction opens the bag mouth; positions the bag to receive the product |
⑥ | Pushing Mechanism | Pushes the product horizontally into the open bag with precision timing control |
⑦ | PLC Touch Screen | Central HMI for all parameters: bag length, conveyor speed, seal temperature, alarms |
⑧ | Adhesive Tape / Heat Seal Unit | Applies self-adhesive tape strip to reseal the bag opening, or applies heat seal per configuration |
⑨ | Tail Frame Pusher & Collecting Device | Transfers finished sealed bags to the collection conveyor for stacking or further processing |
The correction sensor continuously monitors the lateral position of the bag's opening as material feeds through the machine. Any drift from the center line is detected and corrected automatically before the bag reaches the filling station. This is what prevents the most common jam type on bagging machines: the product hitting the bag wall instead of entering the opening cleanly.
For products packaged in standard retail OPP self-adhesive bags, the machine applies adhesive tape to the bag opening without heat. The adhesive tape sticking unit is positioned after the product insertion stage and applies the tape strip precisely to the bag lip. This is critical for products with heat-sensitive materials (foil stickers, laminated cards, glossy prints) where heat sealing risks surface damage.
For applications requiring a permanent seal, the machine can be configured with a constant-temperature heat sealing unit using Teflon-coated blades. The constant temperature system prevents overheating and eliminates film adhesion to the sealing knife — the most common cause of seal quality problems and unplanned downtime on cheaper machines.
Bag length: Set directly on the PLC touch screen — no mechanical stop or cam adjustment
Bag width: Changed by replacing the Bag Former component — a tool-free process under 10 minutes
Saved recipes: The HMI stores product configurations so operators can switch between SKUs by recalling a saved setting rather than re-entering parameters manually
Five independent servo axes control film feeding, bag cutting, bag opening, product insertion, and sealing. Each axis is tuned independently at the HMI, which means adjusting insertion speed does not affect sealing timing. This independence is what enables precise synchronization with upstream friction feeders or card distributors — the insertion trigger can be linked directly to the upstream equipment's output signal.
With the JX-L300, one operator monitors the line and replenishes the bag roll and product stack. The equivalent manual operation typically requires 4–6 workers for the same throughput. At 20–80 bags per minute, the machine replaces the most repetitive and error-prone part of the packaging process.

This bagging machine is the natural downstream partner for JEWSHIN's card feeder and friction feeder product lines. Common configurations:
Friction Feeder Conveyor → Bagging Machine — Single flat product type auto-fed and bagged at volume
JX-100 / JX-200 Card Feeder → Bagging Machine — Card-by-card or multi-card bundle fed directly into the bagging station
Multi-Head Card Distributor → Bagging Machine — Complex multi-insert bundles assembled upstream, then bagged in one pass
The machine accepts upstream trigger signals via PLC I/O, allowing insertion timing to be synchronized with the feeder output rate without manual speed matching.
The machine is designed for operators without a technical background:
HMI touch screen with English interface and icon-based navigation
Step-by-step HD video tutorials and a full multilingual operation manual included with every machine
Saved recipe recall means switching between product sizes takes under 10 minutes for a trained operator
Most operators reach working proficiency within 2 hours of initial guided training

What types of bags can this machine use?
The machine works with pre-made bags in OPP, PP, PE, CPP, and composite film. It is specifically optimized for self-adhesive strip bags used in retail card and stationery packaging, ensuring the adhesive area is not contaminated or misaligned during the sealing process.
What is the difference between this machine and a flow wrapper or bag-making machine?
This machine uses pre-made bags — the bags are sourced separately and loaded onto the machine as a roll or stack. A flow wrapper or bag-making machine (like the JX-360) forms bags from a flat film roll. This machine is the right choice when you already have a specific bag design (custom print, specific material, hang hole) that you source from a bag supplier.
Can I adjust bag size without stopping the line for long periods?
Bag length is adjusted on the PLC touch screen without stopping for mechanical changes. Bag width requires swapping the Bag Former, which takes under 10 minutes. Both changeovers are designed to be performed by the line operator without specialist tools.
How does the correction sensor prevent mis-insertions?
The sensor reads the lateral position of the bag opening continuously as material feeds through. If drift is detected, the correction mechanism repositions the film before it reaches the filling station, ensuring the pushing mechanism always inserts the product into the center of the bag opening.
Can I use this machine with self-adhesive bags for products with foil or glossy surfaces?
Yes. The self-adhesive sealing option applies tape to the bag opening without heat, making it safe for heat-sensitive products including foil stickers, holographic cards, and laminated printed materials.
Is the machine CE certified?
Yes. The machine carries CE certification and meets EU and North American safety standards, including full safety guarding and emergency stop systems.
Can this machine connect to my existing card feeder or friction feeder?
Yes. The machine accepts upstream PLC trigger signals and can synchronize its insertion timing with upstream feeders. Send us your upstream equipment model and our engineers will confirm the integration approach.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 machine. OEM/ODM customization is available from the same minimum.
Tell us your bag type (OPP self-adhesive / PE heat seal), product dimensions, and target bags-per-minute. JEWSHIN engineers will confirm the right configuration and respond within 48 hours.
