The JX-L080 is a fully automatic cartoning machine (also called a cartoner or carton packaging machine) that takes flat-blank cartons from the magazine, erects them into open boxes, loads the product, folds all flaps, and seals the finished carton — in one continuous automated cycle.
Three packaging processes are supported, selectable by configuration:
Flat products (cards, sticker sheets, leaflets) are automatically collated into a set count or bundle, then pushed as a group into the erected carton. Flaps are folded in sequence and the carton is sealed.

Individual products (pencils, sticks, small items) are counted and grouped before cartoning. The machine counts to the preset quantity, groups them, then loads and seals the carton.

Carton opening, product filling, flap folding, and sealing are all performed within a single machine footprint. Hot-Melt Glue Sealing:

All size adjustment points are equipped with precision graduated handwheels with integrated digital position indicators. To change carton size, the operator reads the saved target position value from the HMI recipe and turns each handwheel to the indicated number — no wrenches, no disassembly. A photoelectric sensor monitors every carton as it opens. If a carton fails to erect properly or opens to incorrect dimensions, the machine detects it and rejects the defective carton automatically before it reaches the filling station. This prevents empty or malformed cartons from entering the outfeed as finished product.
