Designed for "Difficult" Caps:

Solves the industry headache of capping Spray Pumps, Hand-Trigger Sprays (Gun shapes), and Lotion Pumps. The machine includes a positioning device to ensure the cap is oriented correctly before tightening.

4-Motor Independent Control:

Separate motors control Cap Feeding, Bottle Clamping, Conveying, and Capping. This allows you to fine-tune the speed of each step. For example, you can slow down the clamping for fragile bottles while keeping the conveyor moving fast.

Damage-Free Tightening:

Silicone Capping Wheels: The rubbing wheels are made of high-quality wear-resistant silicone. They provide enough friction to tighten the cap securely but are soft enough to prevent scratching the plastic surface or damaging the nozzle.
Adjustable Torque: The rotation speed and tightness can be adjusted to prevent over-tightening.

High Compatibility & Easy Adjustment:

Tool-Free Changeover: Switching from a tall shampoo bottle to a short jar? No spare parts needed. Simply adjust the height and width using the handwheels.
