Intelligent 3-Servo Drive: No mechanical chains or gears for the main drive. The belts, film feed, and cutter are independently driven by servo motors, ensuring quieter operation and less maintenance.

Q: Why is the speed (120 bags/min) lower than smaller machines?
A: The JX-580X is designed for larger, heavier, or longer products. Moving a large product requires more stability. However, 120 bags/minute is still very fast for bulk packaging.
Q: Can I pack a product that is 200mm wide?
A: Yes, the machine supports bag widths up to 250mm, so a 200mm wide product fits perfectly.
Q: Is the machine difficult to maintain?
A: No. Because it uses a 3-Servo system, the mechanical transmission is very simple (fewer chains/gears). Plus, with Schneider and Veichi components, the electrical system is extremely durable.
