Q1: How do I choose between a Piston Filler and a Gear Pump Filler?
A: Piston fillers are ideal for thick, highly viscous liquids or pastes (like peanut butter, cosmetic creams, or gels) and can easily handle liquids with small particulates. Gear pump fillers are better suited for free-flowing, thin liquids (like water, oils, or thin syrups) and offer continuous, rapid volume delivery.
Q2: Can your line handle foaming liquids?
A: Yes. For liquids that tend to foam (such as soaps, shampoos, or detergents), we recommend our diving-nozzle systems. The filling heads dive to the bottom of the bottle and rise as the liquid fills, preventing aeration and overflow. Tracking (moving) fillers also help stabilize the liquid during the process.
Q3: Do your capping machines work with pump dispensers and trigger sprays?
