Siemens Intelligent Control: At the heart of the machine is a Siemens PLC, ensuring logic reliability and easy integration into Industry 4.0 factory systems. The 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai Touchscreen (65k colors) makes operation intuitive.
Advanced Sealing System:

Material: The sealing knife is crafted from High-Temp Alloy Steel with a DuPont Teflon Coating. This ensures the PE film never sticks to the blade, creating a clean, strong seal every time.
Vertical Drive: Unlike scissor-action sealers, the sealing frame is driven vertically by AirTAC Cylinders. This provides uniform pressure across the entire 700mm width.
Safety First: Equipped with German SICK "Knife Protection" Technology, the machine instantly detects obstacles. If a product is out of position, the knife pauses to prevent damage.

Side-Feed Versatility: The side infeed mechanism allows for flexible line layouts and is particularly effective for grouping multiple items (like bottles or boxes) before they enter the sealing zone.
Durable Conveying: Uses a POM Chain Plate conveyor driven by a Servo Motor. POM is wear-resistant and low-friction, ensuring smooth transport even for heavy packs.
