Integrated Label Insertion: The hardest part of packing electrical tape is getting the paper card/label inside the film. The JX-60SS uses a Vacuum Servo Manipulator to pick and place the label precisely onto the tape roll before shrinking. It even features "No Label" detection—if the label runs out, the machine alerts you.
Compact Turntable Design: Unlike long, linear packaging lines, this rotary machine uses a 12-Station Indexer. It saves valuable factory floor space (approx. 1.5m x 1.5m footprint) while maintaining high throughput.
Built-in Shrinking: No need for a separate, bulky shrink tunnel. The machine is equipped with High-Speed Hot Air Guns at specific stations on the wheel, providing instant, energy-efficient shrinking directly on the line.
Servo Precision: With dedicated servos for Film Feeding, Film Cutting, and Label Suction, the machine ensures the film length is exact (saving material) and the cut is clean.

Automated Workflow (How it Works)

Auto Feeding: Tape rolls are sorted via the vibration plate/sorting tray and fed into the line.
Loading: The 12-station turntable picks up the rolls.
Sleeve Application: Servo motors measure and cut the film, sleeving it around the tape.
Label Insertion: The vacuum arm inserts the paper brand card onto the roll face.
Shrinking: Hot air guns shrink the film tightly around the roll and label.
Discharge: Finished rolls are ejected automatically.
