Designed for products that are too tall for standard compact tunnels, it features an enlarged 540mm x 350mm Opening and an extended 1500mm Heating Chamber. This extra length allows for higher conveyor speeds (up to 35m/min) without compromising shrink quality. With Dual Panasonic Inverters for precise airflow control and a Viewable Window, it is the ultimate solution for packaging multipacks, hardware, and consumer electronics.

Why Upgrade to the S550?

Capacity for Taller Products: With a max packaging height of 300mm (Tunnel height 350mm), the S550 can handle items like stacked books, large gift boxes, and kitchen appliances that smaller tunnels cannot fit.
Extended 1.5m Chamber: Length matters. The 1500mm chamber ensures that even at high conveyor speeds, the product stays inside long enough to shrink perfectly. This eliminates the "dog ears" (unshrunk corners) common in short tunnels running too fast.
Total Airflow Control: The "Down-Wind" Circulation System is managed by a dedicated Panasonic Inverter. You can adjust the wind force to be a gentle breeze for light boxes or a powerful gale for heavy bundles.
Energy Efficient Visibility: The double-layer insulation and Open Window Design let you monitor quality without opening the machine and losing heat. The U-Type Finned Heating Tubes transfer heat rapidly, reducing warm-up time.
