Unlike generic shrink tunnels, this Rotary 12-Station Machine integrates the entire packaging process into one compact unit. It automatically sleeves the tape, inserts your brand label precisely inside the film, and shrinks it using built-in hot air guns. Capable of speeds up to 60 rolls/minute, it delivers a tight, retail-ready finish for tapes up to 130mm in diameter.

Why Choose the JX-77 for Sealing Tape?

Designed for Large Rolls: Standard electrical tape machines cannot handle the 100mm+ diameter of sealing tape. The JX-77 is scaled up to handle diameters from 90mm to 130mm and widths up to 50mm.
Automated Label Insertion: Branding is key. The machine uses a Vacuum Servo Manipulator to pick a paper card and place it perfectly on the side of the sticky tape before shrinking. The Panasonic Vacuum Detector ensures no roll goes unlabelled.
Space-Saving Rotary Design: By using a turntable with a high-precision Indexer, the JX-77 performs feeding, cutting, labeling, and shrinking in a circle. This saves massive amounts of floor space compared to linear conveyor lines.
Direct Heat Shrinking: Equipped with 3KW High-Speed Hot Air Guns, it shrinks the film instantly as the table rotates. This is more energy-efficient than heating a large, empty tunnel.

Working Principle

Input: Tape rolls are fed via conveyor and pressed into the mold.
Sleeving: The Samkoon Servo feeds and cuts the shrink film (0.035-0.045mm) to the exact length, sleeving the roll.
Labeling: A robotic arm sucks a label from the magazine and places it on the roll face.
Shrinking: The roll passes through the hot air station, shrinking the film tightly.
Output: The finished product is ejected automatically.
