The JX-1020 is a fully automatic sleeve wrapper designed to eliminate manual handling in adhesive tape production. It features a conveyor system that links directly to your Automatic or Manual Slitting Machine, receiving tape rolls and feeding them into the wrapper automatically. With a top speed of 23 logs/minute, it keeps up with high-output slitters. Special Anti-Stick Separation Technology ensures that sticky OPP or masking tape rolls are pushed smoothly without jamming.

True Unmanned Operation: Designed to be the "Middle Man" between your slitter and the shipping box. It accepts rolls automatically via conveyor, eliminating the need for operators to manually transfer and stack tapes.
High-Speed Performance: Capable of wrapping up to 23 packs (logs) per minute. This speed ensures the packaging station never becomes a bottleneck for your production line.
Anti-Stick Pushing System: Freshly slit tapes (especially OPP and Masking tape) have sticky sides that can cause jams in standard pushers. The JX-1020 utilizes a specialized Separation Structure that handles sticky rolls gently and effectively.
Patented Quick-Adjust: Like our other premium models, it features a hand-wheel screw adjustment system. Changing from Ø60mm to Ø200mm logs is fast, precise, and tool-free.
Stable Film Feeding: The "Storage-Type" film feed system maintains constant tension, ensuring the film doesn't wander or wrinkle, even at high speeds.
Modular Design: The conveyor line and the main machine body are split-mounted. This makes transportation easier and allows for flexible layout configurations in your factory.
