A: Resealable zippers are applied to VFFS bags by a zipper applicator integrated into the VFFS machine — the zipper tape is fed from a roll, cut to length, and welded to the bag film before the bag is formed. A: Yes — irregular-shaped treats are a standard flow wrapping application.
